Jim Skal
Executive Director of Outdoor Immersion
Jim Skal is the Executive Director of Outdoor Immersion. Jim has focused the organization’s mission on assisting Veteran’s, at-risk youth and those going through recovery.
Though his work, Jim connects Veterans with mental and physical heath services specializing in therapeutic activities. This includes Veterans suffering with Post-Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Bain Injuries.
Jim’s energetic approach to his work not only encourages those he serves, but also the entire Veteran community in Western Pennsylvania. His hands-on approach and can-do spirit have resulted in his being named a Tribute Honoree.

Colonel Clifford W. Waller
Commander of the 911th Maintenance Group, Air Force Reserve Command, Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station
We are honored to welcome Colonel Clifford W. Waller is the is commander of the 911th Maintenance Group, Air Force Reserve Command, Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania to the Senior Mens Club.
Colonel Waller enlisted in the US Air Force in 1978 as an Airlift/Bombardment mechanic. He has worked on KC-135A/Q/R, RC-135, EC-135, C-130 and SR-71 aircraft. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and Computer Science. He received his commission through the Direct Commissioning Program at March Air Force Base, California, in 1989. He holds an MBA. Additionally, as a Maintenance Officer and commander he has led maintenance activities on C-130, C-141, C17, C-9C, and C-40C Aircraft.
I am sure that we will find his presentation interesting and we will learn things about the 911th Maintenance Group which did not know.
