Colonel Clifford W. Waller

Commander of the 911th Maintenance Group

Air Force Reserve Command

We are honored to welcome Colonel Clifford W. Waller is the is commander of the 911th Maintenance Group, Air Force Reserve Command, Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania to the Senior Mens Club.

Colonel Waller enlisted in the US Air Force in 1978 as an Airlift/Bombardment mechanic. He has worked on KC-135A/Q/R, RC-135, EC-135, C-130 and SR-71 aircraft. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and Computer Science. He received his commission through the Direct Commissioning Program at March Air Force Base, California, in 1989. He holds an MBA.  Additionally, as a Maintenance Officer and commander he has led maintenance activities on C-130, C-141, C17, C-9C, and C-40C Aircraft.

I am sure that we will find his presentation interesting and we will learn things about the 911th Maintenance Group which did not know.

Robin Cole

Former Pittsburgh Steeler

Well Steeler fans prepare yourself for a real treat. Our guest will be another member of the famed Steelers, Robin Cole.

Robin was born in 1955 in Compton, Ca. He was one of ten children and played his high school football at Compton High. He went on to the University of New Mexico where he earned All American honors and became the first player to be drafted in the first-round from that school. As a first-round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers he replaced Andy Russell as right outside linebacker. He played linebacker and defensive end for twelve seasons and played in Super Bowl XIII and Super Bowl XIV. He was elected to the Pro Bowl in 1984. He ended his Pro career with the New York Jets in 1988.

Mr. Cole makes presentations to many corporate groups, sports teams, churches, schools and prisons. He trained at the Ford Motor Institute to be a dealer. In addition, he has served on several charitable boards including the American Heart Association, March of Dimes, Big Brothers and Big Sisters. He is a lifetime member of the NAACP. Finally, he is the co-founder and president of the Robin Cole Foundation.

So, come out for a very interesting and entertaining presentation by Robin Cole.
